GET ON THE BUS to DOVER & THE TRAIL OF MOURNING & TRUTH $15.00 per seat
 The Brandywine Peace Community is sponsoring a roundtrip bus from Philadelphia to Dover, Delaware for those who would like to participate in the one-day Walk & Remembrance in Delaware on Sunday, March 14th. Military family members, military veterans, and family members of September 11th victims will lead hundreds of people on a 3.5 mile solemn march from the Camden, Delaware Friends Meetinghouse to a Observance of Mourning & Truth at the gates of the Dover Air Force Base. All the bodies of American soldiers killed in Iraq are shipped through Dover AFB. 
 
Sunday, March 14, 2004 - Bus Departs Friends Center, 15th and Cherry Street, Philadelphia  9:30 am.
Returns to Philadelphia from Dover by 6:00 pm.

Sunday, March 14, 12:30pm - Gather at Camden Friends Meetinghouse, 122 E. Camden-Wyoming  Ave.,  in Camden, DE [near the Dover Air Force Base] for an Interfaith Dedication of Mourning & Truth followed by a 3.5 mile walk to the gates of the Dover Air Force Base. Rides will be provided for those with special needs. At the Dover Air Force Base, reading of the names of U.S. and Iraqi war dead, bagpipes, and speakers. The Dover to DC  bus/van/car caravan commences to Washington, DC. There will a sleep-over at a site en-route. Dinner and breakfast provided.

Monday, March 15 - A Day of Mourning & Truth to End the War. Gathering and Memorial of Healing at Walter Reed Army Hospital in Washington, DC, current residence of many U.S. servicemen and women wounded in Iraq, followed by a 4.9 mile memorial walk to The White House. Nonviolent Civil Disobedience at the White House to call on the Bush Administration to end the war and occupation. Those willing to face arrest will engage in nonviolent resistance to the Bush Administration's policy of lies and war
