As unending war continues, the U.S. DRONE ATTACKS are MAJOR contributors to continuing wars and attacks in Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Gaza (not an inclusive list.) Mainstream media is not giving us any reports or specifics of these attacks. The total number of innocent civilians killed by drones remains a state secret. Oppose the WARS! We’ve walked monthly for over 5 years. U.S. DRONE WARFARE is TERRORISM, the killing of civilians.
Please join us for the DEATH WALK on Sat., March 2016 from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00, meeting at 12th & Arch St across from Convention Center.
Please wear BLACK, we will bring plain white masks. Call Marge Van Cleef at 267-763-1644 if you will need a mask. While standing in the manner of a “SILENT DEATH WALK” we bring attention to the wars and the victims of drone attacks, done in our names. We hold banners, signs, photos of victims, and hand out leaflets. This is street theater, thus we keep to the form of silence, masks and black clothing.
